摘  要：本文首先对洞井建筑公司的发展状况进行了简述，接下来针对公司进行了外部环境分析和内部环境分析。公司外部环境分析了长沙洞井建筑公司面临的机会和威胁；公司内部环境分析了长沙洞井建筑公司的优势、劣势。接着本文运用SWOT分析法针对长沙洞井建筑公司给出了可供选择的战略，并根据提出的发展战略方法分别给出了相应的对策措施。

The Development Strategy of Changsha Dongjing Construction Stock Company
Abstract： This paper firstly giving a briefly description of Changsha Dongjing construction stock company in status of development, then the company external environment analysis and the internal environment analysis. The company external environment analyses what opportunities and threats that company fased now. The internal environment analyses Changsha Dongjing construction company’s advantages and disadvantages. Then way of SWOT in Changsha Dongjing construction company gives alternative strategy, and the development strategy according to the proposed method are given respectively corresponding countermeasures.
