摘 要： 随着我国房地产行业市场化进程的不断深入，拥有一支高素质、高效率的工作团队已成为房地产企业决胜市场的关键。而现阶段房地产企业的人员流失问题非常严重，如何解决这个问题成为长期困扰企业管理者的难题。本文以湖南湘雅百合置业有限公司为例，针对其目前的薪酬体系所存在的弊端与问题，根据企业中各个不同的岗位，制定了公司新的薪酬体系设计方案。

Abstract: With the gradual developing of quality and efficiency our real estate marketing．the key to success is to form a high working team．However,in present days，employee turnovcr rate is very high．How to reduce this rate is a big problem facing to enterprise’s administrator.Giving the example of Hunan XiangYa lily real estate Co., LTD，taking into account the problems of its salary system make the salary system of Hunan XiangYa lily real estate Co., LTD real estate emerpfise and illuminate the measure tobring it into effect in brief.
