摘 要：中小房地产企业要想在竞争中立于不败之地,必须有效控制工程成本,才能不断提升企业的核心竞争力。本文通过介绍工程成本管理的相关理论、房地产工程成本管理的特点和分析中小房地产企业工程成本管理现状及问题,总结出有效提升中小房地产企业工程成本管理水平的措施。

Small and Medium-Sized Real Estate Enterprises Engineering Cost Management Research
Abstract: The medium and small Real Estate Firms have to make the effective control of project cost if they want to remain invincible and get promotion of their core-competitiveness in the competitions. This article introduced the theory and the characteristic of the project cost management, and small real estate enterprise engineering analysis of cost management present situation and problems, and resulted the effective measure to promote the project cost management of the medium and small Real Estate Firms.
