目标成本管理在现代制造业企业的运用探讨(12500字)
摘  要：本文旨在探讨目标成本管理的理论与应用问题。在对成本管理的发展、目标成本管理理论的形成和国内外实践概观做综述的基础上，阐述了成本的内涵、成本管理理论的发展，以及目标成本管理的含义、特点和作用。本文在对目标成本管理实践探索的基础上，针对鞍钢公司的实际情况，分析了目标成本管理应用的一些问题，因地制宜的提出了在鞍钢公司推行目标成本管理的具体方案。同时提出了完善和深化目标成本管理模式的构想，并提出了进一步深入研究的方向。

The Target Cost Management in The Use of Modern Manufacturing  Enterprises
Abstract: This paper discusses the objectives of the theory and application of cost management issues, starting from the combination with the practice, using empirical analysis, comparative analysis of research methods, discusses the basic theory of cost management objectives, followed by similar enterprises in the domestic goal of cost management model a comparative analysis and draw inspiration and reflection, once again the company to target cost management conducted in-depth analysis and summary, the final goal on improving and deepening the Wuhan Iron and Steel raised the cost of management ideas.Meanwhile, in the end of the article analyzes the application of target cost management issues, including the status of applications, application of impact factors, and target cost management in our application some suggestions.
