摘  要：中小型企业是我国国民经济的重要组成部分，为推动国民经济增长发挥重要作用，但中小企业也存在着很多问题，如管理能力不足、战略目标不明确等，使得企 业市场竞争力降低而得不到更好的发展，战略合作不仅仅是一种策略的互换，更是对企业合作双方资源的共享和整合。本文从景然园林与富兴集团战略合作的不足入 手，以战略联盟动态性认识、联盟组织管理、联盟信任机制以及企业文化四点切入，引用国内外文献对上述问题提出相应的解决办法。详细分析了景然园林与富兴集 团战略合作中存在的问题及成因，给市场经济机制下的中小企业间的战略联盟带来启示，并提出及富有建设性的意见。

Study on the Problems of Strategic Cooperation Between Jingran Garden Co., Ltd. and Hunan King Fu Hing Group
Abstract: Small and medium-sized enterprises as our country an important part of the national economy, and to promote the growth of national economy play an irreplaceable role of small and medium-sized enterprises, but also exist many problems, such as management ability is insufficient, strategic goals are not clear and so on, these make the enterprise market competitiveness and can't get the better development of reduced to small and medium-sized enterprise speaking, strategic cooperation is not only a strategy, but also the exchange of partners marketing resources sharing and integration.This paper from the lack of strategic cooperation start to understand the dynamic strategic alliances, alliance management, union and corporate culture of trust mechanism as a starting point , and reference literature on these issues the corresponding Solution. In the narrative process, the detailed analysis of the Jingran Garden Co., Ltd.and Fu Hing Group causes problems, and then talk about in today's market economy, should pay attention to the strategic alliance issues between the enterprise Strategic alliance to bring inspiration, and raised and constructive comments.
