订单合同模式下农户的绩效研究(12800字)
摘  要： 订单合同是指农产品订购合同、协议，也叫合同农业或契约农业，即在农业生产之前，农民与企业签订产销合同，农民根据合同组织生产，企业按合同收购农民生产 的产品的农业生产经营形式。现阶段，订单合同作为企业与农户合作的经典模式被认为是推动农村经济发展、带领农户致富以及提高农业产出的好方法。本文以问卷 调查法为主，文献研究法为辅，对订单合同模式农户与普通农户的农业生产方式的绩效进行比较分析，发现订单合同模式在对农户选择农产品、节约生产成品、节约 销售成本方面比普通农业生产更具优势。

A research on the achievements of peasant household which under the order form contract pattern
—— take the Hunan Liuyang Pu mark as an example
Abstract: Order contract refers to agricultural products ordered contracts, agreements, also known as contract farming or agricultural leases, which prior to the agricultural production, farmers and enterprises or intermediary organizations signed a sales contract, the farmers under contract for production, business or intermediary organizations, farmers produced according to the contract purchase form of agricultural production and management products. At this stage, the order contract for co-operation between enterprises and farmers are considered the classical model is to promote rural economic development, to lead farmers to get rich, and a good way to increase agricultural output. This questionnaire-based survey, supplemented by documentary research, on the order contract model farmers and ordinary farmers in agricultural production to compare the performance analysis and found that the contract model order selection in agricultural products for farmers, saving production of finished products, sales cost savings more advantages than the average agricultural production.
