摘 要：随着经济的快速发展和人民生活水平的提高,企业社会责任披露越来越重要。企业最关心是否能实现其利益最大化，所以企业社会责任披露对财务绩效的影响是具有研究价值的。本文先通过企业社会责任披露对财务绩效影响相关理论知识的认识，再说明其三种影响，其次以伊利集团作为个案说明其中积极影响的重要性，最后促进企业社会责任披露，提高财务绩效。

Enterprise Social Responsibility Information Disclosure Influence on Financial Performance
Abstract: With the rapid development of economy and the improvement of people's living standard, corporate social responsibility disclosure is more and more important. Enterprises are most concerned about whether can achieve the benefit maximization, so corporate social responsibility disclosure influence on financial performance is of great research value. This article first through the corporate social responsibility disclosure of financial performance of relevant theoretical knowledge, and explains its effects, followed by the Yili Group as a case is described in which the positive effects of the importance, finally promote corporate social responsibility disclosure, improve financial performance.
