外资企业员工社会责任探讨

外资企业员工社会责任探讨(14200字)
摘  要：外资企业作为一个“特殊”企业，其社会责任得到了广泛的关注，尽管外资企业已经将社会责任融入到日常的经营行为中，甚至纳入到公司的管理框架中，也难以掩饰近几年来外资企业的员工社会责任缺失。这其中包括：外企员工得不到相应的尊重，企业与员工缺乏沟通交流，员工的物质需求得不到满足等等。本文通过介绍企业员工社会责任理论，在描述外资企业员工社会责任现状的基础上，分析了外资企业对员工的社会责任缺失问题，并提出外资企业履行对员工的社会责任的一些建议和解决方法。

STUDY ON SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY OF EMPLOYEES IN FOREIGN ENTERPRISE
Abstract：Enterprises with foreign capital as a" special" enterprise, its social responsibility has been widespread concern, although foreign enterprises will have social responsibility into the daily management behavior, and even into the company's management framework, but also difficult to hide in recent years foreign enterprise society responsibility. This includes: foreign staff cannot get corresponding respect, lack of communication between enterprises and employees, employees of the material needs are not met. This paper introduces the theory of the social responsibility of enterprise employees, in the description of the employees of foreign enterprises social responsibility on the basis of the status quo, analysis of the foreign capital enterprise between the staff and the lack of social responsibility problem, and put forward the foreign enterprises to fulfill their social responsibilities to employees of some suggestions and solving method.
