独立学院的发展战略分析-以湖南农业大学东方科技学院为例(15000字)
摘  要： 独立学院是我国高等教育改革中出现的一种新的办学形式，是指由普通本科高等院校按新机制、新模式举办的本科层次的高等教育机构。独立学院既拥有公办高校优越的教育资源，又吸纳了社会资金力量，对促进高等教育规模的增长和扩大高等教育资源、协调公办高等教育与民办高等教育的发展起到了一定的积极作用。作为我国高等教育改革的一项重要举措，高等院校独立学院产生与发展已受到高等教育管理研究者越来越多的关注。在研究的基础上，在加强相关法制建设和加强监管的同时，举办者能够按规范办学，一定能够在培养实用型人才、促进高等教育改革、引领民办高等院校发展以及开拓高等教育国际合作新领域等方面为我国高等教育的发展做出重要贡献。

Study on the Development Strategy of Independent Institute——Take Eastern Scientific and Technological Institute of Agricultural University of Hunan for Example
Abstract：The independent college of university is one kind of new school which appears in the reform of higher education in our country．It specially refers to the higher education organization of undergraduate course level which is conducted  by the ordinary undergraduate university according to the new system and new pattern．Besides the outstanding education resources,  the independent college of university has．taken in the social fund strength．This is of great significance for promoting the growth of higher education scale，expanding higher education resources and coordinating the higher education with the higher education run by people privately．As an important step of higher education reform, the development of the independent college of university has received more and more attention from the managers and researchers of higher education．On the foundation of research，independent institute of university will highly contributed to training practical talent，promoting the reform of higher education，guiding the development college run by the local people as well as expanding international cooperative new field of higher education SO long as it conforms to the law on its development road and strengthens the legislative construction and supervision．
