创新型产业集群对中小企业产业竞争力的影响因素分析(16000字)
摘  要：产业集群具有益于创新的机制特征，组织结构体系跟环境氛围。而创新型产业集群是传统产业集群的高端模式，可以理解为：以创新型企业和人才为主体，以知识或技术密集型产业和品牌产品为主要内容，以创新组织网络和商业模式等为依托，以有利于创新的制度和文化为环境的产业集群。而在科技高速发展的现今时代，“创新”俨然成为企业前进不可或缺的关键因素，尤其是对于资金、资源无法与大企业抗衡的中小企业而言，创新与产业集群成为他们谋求生存发展的利刃，只有将二者完美结合，才能在竞争激烈的市场上分得一杯羹。因此，论文在现阶段产业集群已成为中小企业发展的重要模式的基础上，通过分析创新型产业集群在国内外中小企业中的运用现状，进而解析创新型产业集群对中小企业产业竞争力与区域发展优势的作用及影响因素，并就发展过程中存在的问题提出相应的解决措施，为企业指引切实有效的发展方向，具有重要的现实意义。

The Innovative Industrial Clusters of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Industry Competitiveness Factor Analysis
Abstract:Industrial cluster is beneficial to the mechanism of innovation characteristics, organization structure and environment.Then the innovation cluster is the high end model of the traditional industry cluster, can be understood as:with innovative enterprises and personnel as the main body,with the knowledge or technology intensive industry and brand products as the main content,rely on to innovation network and business model, the industrial cluster system that is helpful for innovation and environment for cultural.And the rapid development of science and technology in modern times, " Innovation" has become the indispensable key element of the enterprise advance,especially for the medium and small businesses which the funding and resources cannot contend with the big company , innovation and industrial clusters become the sword of them to seek survival and development, only two perfect combination can share a cup of a thick soup in a highly competitive market. Therefore, the paper on the basis of in the stage of the industrial cluster has become an important mode in the development of medium and small enterprises,through the analysis of innovative industrial clusters of small and medium-sized enterprises at home and abroad the application, further analysis of innovative industry cluster of small and medium enterprises industry competitiveness and regional development advantages of the role and influence factors, in the process of development and the existence question proposed the corresponding solution measures,for business guidance cogent and effective development direction, has the important practical significance.
