摘  要：企业是一个具有生命的有机体，企业的可持续发展是沿着一定的生命周期轨迹运行的，以生命周期为线索，依托企业战略管理的平台来拓展和设计企业发展过程中的融资行为，对企业而言具有重要意义。但是，企业在生命周期不同阶段所遭遇的风险内容和强度特征有较大差异，也就是说，处于不同生命周期的企业要结合自身和市场环境的实际情况来确定企业的融资战略，这样才能够使企业的财务管理具有较强的目的性，以确保企业持续、健康的发展。

 Study on the Financing Strategies Based on Enterprise Life-cycle
Abstract: Enterprises are organisms full of life and their sustainable developments are running along the definite lifecycle track. It's important for enterprises that exploiting and designing enterprises' financial behavior which relied on strategy management by means of enterprises' lifecycle during their development course. However, the enterprises in the life cycle of different stages encountered the risk and strength characteristics are bigger difference, that it is, the enterprise according to the life cycle and the actual situation of market environment to make the financing strategy , so that it can make the financial management with strong purpose, it also ensure the sustainable and healthy development.
