摘  要：近年来，湖南的物业管理发展迅速，吸收和借鉴了国内先进城市的物业管理理念，取得让人肯定的成绩。与此同时对从业人员的要求也越来越高，从业人员素质问题在管理中日益凸显。对于如何提高物业管理从业人员的专业培训和行业教育，提高其职业素质，成为全行业面临的一大问题。文章分析了问题形成的原因并提出了解决问题的方法。

Research on quality of property management engaged employees in Hunan province
Abstract：In recent years, the property management company in Hunan province have developed rapidly, which learn the management theory from domestic model city , making very real progress. Meanwhile, the demanded of the worker is also higher and higher and the problem on the professional quality of employees in management is becoming increasingly important. And how to improve the professional training and education and strengthen its professional sectors, which becomes a huge problem for property management .The essay analyzes the cause of the problem and proposes the solution of the problem.
