摘 要：随着经济的发展，人们生活水平的提高，物业管理的作用日益凸现出来，特别是最近几年，物业管理行业发展迅速，其在人们生活中的意义也显得日益重大。如今经济快速发展的社会，人们对高档物质生活的向往是一种本能，而对其乐融融的邻里生活的渴望则是一种无奈，二者的完美结合注定是一种梦想。物业管理则在某种程度上为人们实现着这个梦想，本文从当今国际国内的物业管理现状出发，对现状进行研究，借鉴国外先进管理以促进我国物业管理行业的发展。

The property management industry is developing rapidly，and is’t significance in people’s lives has become increasingly important.
