摘  要：随着改革开放的不断深入和加入WTO，规模大、投资多元化的工程建设项目越来越多，建设工程项目管理模式也在不断地发展，国际上出现了许多新型模式，国外先进的工程项目管理模式的引进，势必对中国的建筑业带来冲击和影响，因此迫切需要对建设工程项目管理模式进行分析和研究。本文结合建筑工程项目管理现状，分析建筑工程项目管理模式存在的问题和不足，对PMC+ Partnering管理模式及其适应性进行了分析和评价。

The New Mode of Project Management and Adaptability
Abstract: With the development of the reform and opening up, more and more multi-type of investments in engineering construction projects turn up in the market after China’s joining in WTO. So do the management patterns of construction project. Many new management patterns emerge in the international world, some of which are introduced to China. As a result of that, construction industry of China has been influenced severely. Therefore, it is quite urgent to analyze the management patterns of the construction project now. In this paper, the author gives a design of the present status and problems of the management patterns of the construction project, trying to make an analysis and evaluation for PMC+ Partnering as well as its adaptation.
