摘 要:曲轴的制造工艺目前处于发展阶段,国内已引进了一批先进的锻造设备,但由于数量少,加之模具制造技术和其他一些设施跟不上,使一部分先进设备未发挥应有的作用。从总体上来讲,需改造和更新的陈旧的普通锻造设备多,同时,落后的工艺和设备仍占据主导地位,先进技术有所应用但还不普遍。随着贸易全球化的到来,各厂家已意识到了形势的严峻性,纷纷进行技术改造,全力提升企业的竞争力。近年企业来引进了许多先进设备和技术,取得了较好的效果。

The Manufacturing Process and Fixture Design on Diesel Engine Crankshaft
Abstract:Crankshaft manufacturing process is currently developing ,and China has introduced a number of advanced forging equipment. However, the number is limited, and the mold manufacturing technology can not keep up with other facilities.Thus ,a part of the advanced equipments still never play its role that should be. Generally speaking, the number of forging equipments which need to be reformed and updated is still large.Meanwhile, the backward technology and equipments still play a dominant role, and the application of advanced technology is limited but never universal. With the advent of the globalization of trade, the manufacturers are aware of the serious situation and reforming the manufacture technology with great effort to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. In recent years,the corporations have introduced many advanced equipment and technology .and they have made great achievement.

曲轴的原理
主轴颈被安装在缸体上,连杆颈与连杆大头孔连接,连杆小头孔与汽缸活塞连接,是一个典型的曲柄滑块机构。
零件的工艺要求
曲轴图样的视图、尺寸、公差和技术要求齐全、正确;零件选用材料为QT800-2,该材料具有较高的强度、韧性和塑性,切削性能良好;结构工艺性比较好。
根据各加工方法的精度及一般机床所能达到的位置精度,该零件没有很难加工的表面,上述各表面的技术要求采用常规加工工艺均可以保证。
零件加工方式
已知零件的年生产纲领为120000件,零件质量3.76kg,由《机械制造工艺及设备设计指导手册》表15—2可确定其生产类型为大量生产。故初步确定工艺安排的基本倾向为:加工设备以自动化和专用设备为主,通用设备为辅;机床按流水线或自动线排列;采用高效专用夹具;广泛采用专用量具、量仪和自动检验装置。可以较好的提高生产效率。
