摘要
平板硫化机主要是在橡胶成品还有胶带和胶板方面的工业加工应用的比较广泛，它在橡胶加工业有着举足轻重的作用，是橡胶加工业的首选加工设备应，它的全称是框式液压传动平板硫化机。
框架式平板硫化机的一些重要零部件包括：活塞，油缸，密封圈，垫台子，活动的平台，加热板，隔热板，上部框架梁、框板，等。橡胶硫化机主要用于带平板硫化，它在一定的单位面积上受到的热板压力比较大，它的设备安全性能较高，后期的设备维护较好。它的主要功能通过液压缸的运动来提供工业生产中所需要的压力和温度，其中温度主要是通过加热的介质产生。在硫化橡胶产业，支柱式平板硫化机是使用旧的模式，在过去我们平板硫化机主要柱结构，现在使用的是框箱型结构。
随着它的不断发展，机械化水平会不断提高，生产效率和劳动也会有很显著的改善，同时机械的占地面积也会减少，附件的装配会趋于完美，零部件的寿命会提高等。
我的设计的最初计划包括平板硫化机的一些先关参数，以及一些主要的性能参考值、还有包括它的一些主要的结构部件和附属的零件以及传动的整体体系。让他们能够形成一个整体而且高效的体系，最终完成整个平板硫化机的设计。
