摘要
这几年,城市建筑越来越多,塔机需求量增加,随处可见成片的塔式起重机以及塔群,可见塔式起重机对我国城市建设起着至关重要的作用
    然而随着塔式起重机的普及,塔式起重机坍塌,折断等事故也频频发生,这些血的教训警示我们,要进一步塔式起重机安全设计以及安全防范工作,防止此类悲剧再次发生,这要求塔式起重机设计人员以及安装检测人员要不断努力,培养专业素质,防患于未然,提升设备的稳定性,以杜绝此类事件的发生
    由于塔式起重机常常被应用于工况恶劣的工作环境中,因此对于塔机来说安全性是第一要素,在塔机设计的过程中设计者往往运用类比法,由于更注重安全性,难以兼顾经济型,同时,这种方法也有着诸多弊端,如复杂性高,经常出错,并且比较浪费时间。
    本次课题我有幸选到了40T-m塔式起重机的总体设计这一课题,设定塔机臂长为47m根据,参考资料初步确定塔机的各项参数,并对其进行风力载荷,塔机整体稳定性等方面的校核计算,在这个过程中查阅了很多资料,并结合了所学的理论力学及材料力学的知识,分析塔机各部分受力情况,初步了解了塔机的设计过程

ABSTRACT
Over the past few years, more and more urban buildings have been built, and the demand for tower machines has increased. Tower cranes and towers can be seen everywhere. It can be seen that tower cranes play a crucial role in the construction of cities in China.
However, with the popularity of Tower cranes, tower cranes collapse, breaks and other accidents frequently occurred, these blood lessons remind us to further the safety design of Tower cranes and safety prevention work to prevent such tragedies from happening again. This requires continuous efforts on the part of tower crane designers and installation and testing personnel to cultivate professional qualities, prevent problems before they occur, and improve the stability of the equipment so as to prevent such incidents from happening.
Since tower cranes are often used in poor working conditions, safety is the first element for tower machines. In the process of Tower machine design, designers often use analogy, because they pay more attention to safety, it is difficult to take into account the economy. Type, at the same time, This method also has many disadvantages, such as high complexity, frequent mistakes, and more wasted time.
On this topic, I have the privilege of selecting the overall design of the 40-T-m tower crane. The length of the tower is set to 47M. According to the reference materials, the parameters of the tower machine are initially determined, and the wind load and the overall stability of the tower machine are checked. In this process, a lot of data were consulted, and combined with the knowledge of theoretical mechanics and material mechanics, the force of each part of the tower machine was analyzed, and the design process of the tower machine was preliminarily understood.
