摘要
  随着现代建筑水平的提升,再加上城市化的不断深入,可利用土地面积日益紧张,从而引导高层建筑的蓬勃发展,这给塔式起重机带来丰厚的市场,同时也对塔式起重机提出了更高的要求,包括起重量和起升速度以及复杂条件下的使用要求。目前对塔机的研究进入新的阶段,大型塔式起重机正在被广泛应用,然而,由于塔机短期应用的特点,对于塔机的安全使用问题往往被轻视,塔机的安全问题日益暴露出来。传统的方法不够完善,已经不能满足当前的使用要求,从而造成很多安全事故的发生,其中对于塔机附着技术的研究尤为欠缺,对于附着形式、附着杆的研究设计没有突出进步。因此,对于塔机附着装置的研究有重要的意义和价值。
此处以QTZ40塔式起重机为研究对象,参考了塔机设计规范和市场应用类型进行设计,同时针对特殊安装以及复杂环境进行具体设计计算,以求设计一套能够满足中远距离附着、最大高度起升工作环境下的安全性能,以及相对简单的附着结构形式。如问的主要工作内容有:
(1)查阅资料及文献,结合施工现场使用的附着情况,根据受力分析,推导三杆式的内力计算公式并进行计算。
(2)针对附着状况,设计出结构简单,安装方便,并能够满足工况的附着杆,附着框架以及选择合适的链接件。
(3)对设计杆件进行校核。

ABSTRACT
With the rise of modern architectural level and building demand, coupled with the deepening of urbanization, the use of land area is increasingly tense, and thus promote the vigorous development of high-rise buildings, which bring a huge market for tower cranes, but also, the crane offers have higher requirements, including lifting and lifting speeds, as well as requirements for use under complex conditions. At present, the research on tower crane has entered a new stage. Large tower crane is widely used. However, due to the characteristics of short-term application of tower crane, the safety problem of tower crane is often underestimated, and the safety of tower crane is increasingly exposed. The traditional method is not perfect, has been unable to meet the current requirements of the use, resulting in a lot of accidents occurred, which is particularly difficult for the tower crane attached technology research, for the attachment form, attachment rod research design did not highlight the progress. Therefore, it is of great significance and value to study the attachment of tower crane.
In this paper, the QTZ40 tower crane is used as the research object, and the tower
is designed with the specifications and the market application type. At the same time, to design calculations for the special installation and complex environment . In order to design a set to meet the long-distance attachment, the maximum height of the working environment under the safety performance, and relatively simple attachment structure. The main work include:

(2) Attachment of the situation, the design of a simple structure, easy installation, and to meet the conditions of the attachment rod, attached frame and appropriate link
(3) The design of the bar, including strength, flexibility and overall stability and branch stability
