摘  要
机车轮对轴承作为高速列车运行过程中重要的支承部件,其自身的性能、寿命、可靠性以及精度等方面对火车的安全运行起着十分重要的作用。虽然我国的高铁发展形势十分迅猛,但由于起步晚,关键零部件未完全实现国产化,使得我国在轮对轴承的数据研究和积累方面落后于西方国家。
本文在我国现有的轴承研究基础上,结合实际生产生活,针对性提出了轴承实验台的构想。通过搭建试验台,可以针对机车轮对轴承在进行承载的情况下的数据分析,模拟火车运行时轴承的受力,实现极限工作下的工况,对高铁轴承作出性能评估,计算其寿命和各项数据。主要研究内容如下:
(1)根据试验台要求实现的功能,确定试验台的总体设计方案;
(2)完成试验台的结构设计,画出各个零件的二维图与总装配图;
(3)根据参数计算选择合适的驱动电机;
(4)进行三维建模,实现零件的装配,并对试验台零件和整体进行有限元分析。

Abstract
The bearing wheel as important supporting elements of high-speed train running process, its performance, life, reliability and precision for safe operation of train plays a very important role. Although the high-speed rail development situation in China is very rapid, but because of the late start, the key components to achieve localization is not complete, so our country in the wheel bearing research and data accumulation lags behind western countries.
This paper in China Bearing Based on existing research, combined with the actual production and life, to put forward the idea of bearing test. Through the experiment, can be analyzed according to the data of the bearing in the locomotive wheelset bearing the train operation simulation of bearing force, to achieve specific conditions, make the performance evaluation of high iron bearing life and the calculation of the data. The main contents are as follows:
(1)According to the test requirements to achieve the functions, determine the overall design scheme of the test stand;
(2)Complete the structure design of the test bench, and draw the total assembly drawing parts of the map;
(3)According to the calculation, the proper choice of the driving motor;
(4)Three dimensional modeling is used to realize the assembly of the parts, and the finite element analysis of the parts and the whole part of the test table is carried out
