摘 要
本设计的实用型涉及一种适于脱粒清选稻、麦等多种农作物的高效轴流式脱扬机,它具有机架,机架上安有脱粒机,脱粒机包括有壳盖和底板,在盖板内安有钉齿式滚筒并配置栅格式凹板筛,脱粒机下方开设物料口,在物料口处下方安有扬场机,脱粒机和扬场机与传动变速装置相联,其特点是在已有的脱扬机的相关参数数据上,做一些合理的参数选择,还对脱扬机的其它性能进行了改进,实现轴流式脱扬机的生产效率大大提高,脱净率达99%以上,夹带损失率不超过1%,破碎率不大于0.5%且打碎的杂物较少。

总体方案的选择
本轴流式脱扬机采用的是全喂入型脱粒机构,对于半喂入型脱粒机构,其对作物的自然状况比较敏感,生长乱的作物及高矮参差达的作物脱粒时,可能会造成无法脱净。
本轴流式脱扬机适于脱粒清选稻、麦及豆类、油菜、高粱、小米等多种农作物的全喂入式轴流式脱扬机,属于一种农机设备。
总体方案确定的依据:1) 完成农作物的脱粒,保证脱净率99%以上; 2) 要求农作物破碎率不得大于0.5%; 3) 要求生产率高,机构简单,体积小,易制造、维修,工作可靠,少出故障; 4) 打碎的杂物尽量少;
工作原理
工作时,作物由作物喂入口均匀地喂入机内,高速运转的滚筒钉齿将作物随之抓入脱粒室内,在钉齿和盖板螺旋导向板的作用下,作物一边作圆周运动,一边作轴向推移运动,而栅格式凹板筛对运动的作物有产生一定的阻力,使作物不断在滚筒的打击下和栅格式凹板筛的梳刷搓揉下,实现籽粒的脱离,被脱离的籽粒经过栅格式凹板筛的筛孔落入螺旋输送器工作区域,籽粒在旋转螺旋叶片的推动下,作轴向运动,向一端集运过去,然后由物料口送入扬场机的皮带上,通过扬场机的抛洒作用,使籽粒与碎叶杆等其它杂物相分离从而完成脱粒和清选的任务。
