摘 要：本文主要介绍了一种封口机械—茶叶装袋封口机的工作原理及其设计过程，对其各部分装置的设计选择以及其传动系统的参数进行计算和传动部件的强度校核，对其整体外观、箱体以及支架进行合理的改进。其包装材料为复合材料，在高温下粘合。
本机主要有横封机构、纵封机构、供料机构、剪切机构、传动机构及电器控制系统。在本次设计中，我们的主要任务是对其传动系统的支架、整机的箱体进行改进，使其满足设计要求，以达到所要求的生产效率。

DESIGN OF TEA BAG-SEALING MACHINE
Abstract: This article mainly introduces the principle and course of the design of the packing machinery , and the author calculates the parameter of the transmission system, collates the drive parts and improves the appearance, the box and the bracket. The material is composite and agglutinated in high temperature.
This machine is mainly made up of the horizontal and the vertical framework which encapsulate the edge of the bags, the framework which supply the materials、the transmission system and the electricity control system. The main task in this work is to improve the bracket in the transmission system and the box of the machine to meet the needs of the design and reach the efficiency we need.

袋成型器
袋成型器是各种成型充填封口机上的重要部件之一，对包装袋的形式、尺寸、产品包装质量、机器的布局等均有直接影响，是塑料薄膜材料折叠成各种袋型的专用装置。成型器常用的有翻领形成型器、象鼻形成型器、三角形成型器、U形成型器等。

主要内容
1.    茶叶包装机的功能设计和包装条件研究，推荐设计为真空包装封口，柜式结构，带抽真空机、热封口机；
2.    实现制袋—填充—封口的包装过程，要求茶叶袋有专门的储存袋子的机构，袋子排序进给机构，可采用吸盘式送袋及张开模式；
3.    茶叶计量装置和进送装置的设计，可采用变量容器式送茶机构，由料斗接收，容量可调；
4.    袋口夹持棒可夹持装袋，同时具有热熔棒的作用，通过加热热熔封口；
5.    自动计时抽真空及其产品送出机构，封口完毕之后自动停止工作，将成品送出指定位置；
6.    其他安全部件、连接部件和附属机构的设计；
