摘要
本设计的成品为一卡勾,在设计过程中按以下步骤设计模具:卡勾注塑模工艺规程的编制—注塑模的结构设计—模具设计的有关计算—模具加热与冷却系统设计—模具闭合高度的确定—注塑机有关参数的校核,最后是绘制模具总装配图。在注塑模工艺规程的编制的过程中,要着重分析制品原材料(ABS)的各项成型工艺参数;在模具结构设计中应注意的是斜顶杆起成型兼顶出的作用;模具设计计算的要点是型腔与型芯径向尺寸及深度方向尺寸的计算,型腔与型芯的计算在整个设计过程中显得尤为重要,因为它们直接关系到制品的尺寸精度;模具总装图和非标准零件图用AutoCAD画出,图中需标注的各项参数如尺寸,公差,技术要求,图纸布局等均应按国家标准设计。设计中出现的标准件如螺钉等的零件图无需一一画出,但应参照文献查出其具体结构尺寸。

While the note moulds establishment of the craft rules , should analyse every shaping craft parameter of the products raw materials (ABS ) emphatically; Function that play shaping and concurrently carries out that the ones that should notice are an oblique mandrel in the structural design of the mould ; Main point that mold design calculate type and type core foot-path calculation of size toward size and depth, the calculation of the core with the type of of the type seems particularly important in the course of designing entirely, because they concern the precision of size of the products directly; Mould assembly is pursued to be drawn with the non-standard part picture with AutoCAD, every parameter of needing to mark in the picture is like the size, public errand , specification requirement , the overall arrangement of the drawing,etc. should be designed according to the national standard. The standard component appearing in the design does not need to draw one by one such as the part picture of screw ,etc., but should find its concrete physical dimension according to documents .

第2章 注塑模的结构设计
注塑模结构设计主要包括:分型面的选择、模具型腔数目的确定、型腔的排列方式、冷却水道布局、浇口位置设置、模具工作零件的设计、侧向分型与抽芯机构的设计、推出机构的设计等内容。
2.1、分型面选择
分型面是动、定模具的分界面,即打开模具取出浇注系统凝料的面。分型面的位置影响着成型零件的结构形状,型腔的排气情况也与分型面的开设密切联系。
实际的模具结构基本上有三种情况:型腔完全在动模一侧;型腔完全在定模一侧;型腔各有一部分分别在动、定模中。分型面的选取不仅关系到塑件的正常成型和脱模,而且涉及模具结构与制造成本。一般来说,分型面的总体选择原则是:保证塑件质量,便于制品脱模和简化模具结构。具体包括以下几条。
型面位置应设在塑件截面尺寸最大的部位,便于脱模和加工型腔,这是分型面首要原则。
1、有利于保证塑件的外观质量
2、有利于保证塑件的尺寸精度
3、考虑满足塑件的使用要求
4、考虑注塑机的技术规格,使模板间距大小合适
5、考虑锁模力,尽量减小塑件在分型面的投影面积
6、尽可能将塑件留在动模一侧,易于设置和制造简便易行的脱模机构
7、考虑侧向抽拔距,一般机械式分型面抽芯机构的侧向抽拔距都较小,因此选择的分型面应使抽拔距离尽量短
8、尽量方便浇注系统的布局
9、有利于排气
10、模具零件易于加工
该零件为笔记本电脑外壳上的一个制件,制件的上表面要求有光泽,且不准有流痕,飞边等,为了满足制件的表面要求,降低模具的复杂程度,减少模具加工难度又便于成型后出件。故选用下图所示的分型方式较为合理。 |
