摘 要:为研究木霉对姜瘟病的拮抗作用,本试验从湖南江永县的染病姜田中采集土壤分离出细菌6株,将分离出的菌株对新鲜健康的江永县生姜进行致病性的测定实 验,筛选出致病菌BG菌株。通致病特征,过形态特征,革兰氏染色,以及鞭毛染色观察,初步鉴定此致病菌株BG为Ralstonia solanacearum。通过13号木霉菌株的室内对峙试验得证,木霉对致病菌株有较强的抑制作用。

Study on Impact of Trichoderma spp. to Control Ginger Wilt Disease and Mechanism of its Antagonism
Abstract: Soil samples were collected from the ginger cultivating district with the symptom of ginger wilt disease in Jiangyong county,Hunan province. 6 bacteria were isolated from these soil samples.Via experiment of bacteria's pathogenicity to ginger, pathogen BG was screened out. The morphological characteristics observation in PDA, Gram stain solution, flagella staining of bacteria BG were conducted, and according to large numbers of references, we were able to preliminarily identify this bacteria BG were belong to Ralstonia solanacearum. Through the inhibitory activities that Trichoderma spp. to pathogen BG, the Trichoderma spp. has intense inhibitory effects on pathogen BG.
