摘 要:本研究以传统发酵泡菜和辣椒为分离源,采用平板划线分离法,分离得到32株疑似乳酸菌,经抑菌试验后,从中选出三株具有较强抑菌作用的菌株,通过菌落特征、菌体特征观察和生理生化性质研究,可以判断三株菌株分别为乳酸球菌,短乳杆菌,植物乳杆菌。

Selection of producing Lactobacillin strains of lactic acid bacteria
Abstract: In this study, 32 strains were isolated from traditional fermented pickles and peppers. Three strains of them with stronger antibacterial function were selected by the inhibition test. The three strains are Lactobacillus from their cell characteristics and physiological and biochemical properties.
