丁硫克百威对水稻稻蓟马的防治效果及秧苗生长的影响

摘 要:以35%丁硫克百威DS拌种处理水稻种子,室外盆栽防控稻蓟马,试验结果表明:35%丁硫克百威DS对稻蓟马为害水稻心叶存在显著的控制作用,且持效期长。药后16天,制剂用量400-800 g/100Kg种子处理对心叶的保护效果为88.34%-95.90%;药后26天,防效明显下降,但800 g/100Kg种子处理对稻蓟马的效果在75%以上。100-400 g/100Kg种子处理利于水稻出苗;50-800 g/100Kg种子范围内,剂量增加,对秧苗生长的促进作用呈现上升趋势。

Effects of Carbosulfan on Stenchaetothrips biformis (Bagnall) and Seedling Growth of Rice
Abstract: Pot experiments outside were conducted to control rice thrips, Stenchaetothrips or Baliothrips biformis (Bagnall) as well as Chloethtrips oryzae (Williams) by 35% carbosulfan DS with seed treatment. The results showed that perfect control and excellent persistent effect of S. biformis could be achieved with above insecticide. When the doses of 35% carbosulfan DS from 0.4 g/kg (seed) to 0.8 g/kg (seed) was applied, control efficacy was 88.34%-95.90% within sixteen days after treatment. Twenty-six days after treatment, there was deep decrease in control efficacy on S. biformis, but the control effect of 35% carbosulfan DS by 0.8 g/kg (seed) was over 75%. However, it was a certain role in improving rate of rice emergence applied by 0.1-0.4 g/kg (seed) of the same insecticide. There was the simulative activity with dose-dependent relation for rice growth with the range from 0.05 g/kg (seed) to 0.8 g/kg (seed) of it.
