摘 要:用点滴法测定了三唑磷对褐飞虱[Nilaparvata lugens (Stål)]4龄若虫的毒力,并用4个亚致死剂量(LC2.5、LC10、LC50、LC95)处理褐飞虱4龄若虫,存活若虫饲养至羽化后分单对继续饲养,观察并记录其繁殖力、寿命。结果表明,三唑磷对褐飞虱的繁殖力无明显刺激作用,对其寿命也无显著影响。与以往报道的三唑磷刺激生殖的结论不符。因此,对该结果进行了讨论分析,并对褐飞虱的种群生态的综合防治以及如何科学合理地应用三唑磷防治水稻害虫进行了探讨。

Impact of Triazophos on Population Ecology of The Brown Planthopper, Nilaparvata lugens (Stål)                   
Abstract: The toxicity of triazophos to Nilaparvata lugens was bioassyed by the topical application on the 4th instar nymphs. The 4th instar nymphs were treated with the sub-lethal doses of triazophos (LC2.5, LC10, LC50 and LC95) and kept in insecticide-free rice plants until they emergence. The newly emerged females were coupled and maintained in single glass tube and fed and exchanged with new rice plants daily till died. The results showed that there was no obvious stimulating effect of triazophos on the fecundity of BPH. It is not consistence with the previous report. The relationship between triazophos application and resurgence of BPH and how to control brown planthopper scientifically and reasonably are discussed.
