摘要:禽流感是由A型流感病毒引起的发生于各种家禽和野禽之间的病毒性传染病,世界各地的高致病性禽流感主要由HA和HI亚型禽流感病毒引起,是人畜共患病,目前已遍布于世界许多国家,不仅能给养禽业带来毁灭性打击,还严重影响人体健康。本研究通过采用血凝实验和ELISA实验对常德市各个区县的养殖场进行家禽免疫抗体分析与监测。共检测样品鸡血清3404份,其中血清呈阳性的样品3362份,阴性的样品42份。

Abstract: Avian influenza is caused by influenza virus type A occurred in poultry and wild birds between the various viral diseases, highly pathogenic avian influenza all over the world mainly by the HA and HI subtype avian influenza virus is zoonotic disease has spread in many countries, devastating poultry industry not only supplies to combat, but also seriously affect human health. In this study, by using hemagglutination test and ELISA test on the various districts and counties of Changde City, the poultry farms immunization against analysis and monitoring
