摘 要:筛选对柑橘溃疡病菌抑制作用的药剂是防止柑橘溃疡病菌的主要方法。液体振荡培育出纯种病菌,将菌液均匀涂抹在牛肉膏蛋白胨琼脂培养基上,中间用打孔器打上孔滴定选定药液,然后测量孔周围抑制圈的大小,来判断药液抑制效果。经实验结果显示,其中15%恶霉灵的抑菌效果最好,其EC50为7.45μg/mL;其次为植保素、25%溴菌腈可湿性粉剂,其EC50分别为16.26μg/mL和23.57μg/mL;20%松脂酸铜的效果最差,其EC50已近达到了111.71μg/mL。15%恶霉灵的抑菌效果最好,其EC50为7.45μg/mL。

Selection of chemicals to prevent the ulcer germs in citrus
Abstract: The choice of the drugs inhibiting citrus canker germ is the major way to prevent it. Liquid oscillation cultivate purebred germs, and we can spread bacteria liquid equably on beef extract peptone agar medium, among which puncher print a hole to select liquid medicine, and then measure the size of inhibiting ring around the hole to judge the inhibition of liquid medicine. Experimental result shows the inhibition of 15% hymexazol is the best, and EC50 is 7.45μg/mL. then phytoalexin is the second best, and 25% bromothalonil is wetter, the EC50 16.26μg/mL and 23.57μg/mL respectively; The effect of 20%copper abietate is the worst, and EC50 has nearly reached 111.71μg/mL L. The inhibition of 15% hymexazol is the best, and EC50 is 7.45μg/mL.
