加入WTO对我国粮食贸易的影响与对策分析(17000字)
摘  要：中国加入世界贸易组织已将近10年，在10年中，中国对外贸易不断发展，其中最令人关注的就是粮食贸易。中国人口众多，粮食的生产量和消费量都居世界的首位。本文在入世10年的背景下，首先阐述我国粮食贸易的现状，从粮食的产量、进出口量、价格来分析其存在的产量和价格逐年上升，进出口呈现连年顺差等现象。然后分析现状产生的主观与客观因素，主要从自身政策体制方面和WTO规则对我国粮食贸易的影响来说明。最后针对这些问题和因素提出促进我国粮食贸易更好发展的建议。

Influence and Countermeasures on Grain Trade of China after Entering WTO
Abstract: China has been one member of the WTO for nearly ten years. During these ten years, China’s international trade developed amazingly , the most notable part is the grain trade. China has a large population, the grain production and consumption rank the first place in the world. This dissertation is under the background of ten years’ experiences of entered WTO. Firstly, it explained the situation of today’s China’s grain trade, based on grain production, export and import, price of grain and pointed out the fact that grain production and price arising each following years, and the import and export presented the phenomenon such as successive surplus. Then analysis the factors which affected the situations on both object and subject sides, mainly explain these phenomenon from our country’s own policies side and the rules of WTO side. At last, it give some advices to help China to improve its grain trade business under the WTO roles.
