摘  要：印度成为除了美国以外最大的软件出口国，并且成为了软件业的典范。因此，在软件业的发展上面，有很多值得我们学习借鉴的地方。本文首先介绍了中印两国目前的软件业发展形势，然后分析了中印两国对软件业发展的扶持政策的不同，从而得出了国家的扶持政策、技术的改造创新和软件业服务市场的规范化对软件业发展起着至关重要的作用的结论。

The supporting policy of Software Industry of India and its Enlightenment for our Country
Abstract: India is the second largest software exporter besides America, and becomes a model of software industry. Therefore, there is a lot worthy us to learn from them on how to develop software. In the beginning, this article introduces the present software developing situation in China and India. Then it analyzes the differences of software development support policy in China and India. Accordingly, it comes out the country's support policy, technological innovation and transformation and the standardization of software services market play a vital part to the software development.  Key words: Software industries; India ; Software export;
