摘 要：近年来，动漫产业日益成为各个国家关注和发展的重点，我国也不例外。动漫产业作为文化产业的主要组成部分，其所形成的广泛产业链不仅可以为本国带来巨大的经济利益，而且能够深入、全面、有效的弘扬本民族文化，提升本国的软实力。论文阐述了动漫产业的含义和社会经济效应，探析日本动漫产业的发展模式，从我国动漫产业发展现状与问题出发，结合日本经验，提出了促进我国动漫产业发展的思路与对策：打造完整的动漫产业链与资金链，做好准确的市场定位，完善政府的政策扶持，加强行业自律，培养动漫专业人才，加强国际合作交流。

The Mode of Japanese Cartoon Industry and Its Revelation
Abstract: Recently, animation industry has increasingly become the focus of countries concerning developing issues, including China. As a major component of the cultural industry, animation industry, which has formed an extensive industrial chain, not only brings tremendous economic interests, but also conveys the nation’s cultural as well as enhances their soft power in a thorough and efficient way. This paper describes the concept and socio-economic effects of animation industry and analyzes the development model of Japanese animation industry. Taking the current situation and problems of our animation industry into consideration, combining the Japanese successful experience, we could put forward the follow measures for promoting our development of animation industry: create a complete industrial chain and financial chain, make accurate market positioning, improve the government's policy support, strengthen self-discipline, training professionals and strengthen international cooperation.
