摘 要：随着全球环境的恶化和贸易保护主义的不断抬头 ,绿色贸易壁垒成为一种重要的非关税壁垒措施。广东作为我国的外贸出口大省，几乎所有的出口产品都已经或即将受到绿色壁垒的影响，在此严峻的形式下，只有充分了解绿色贸易壁垒的内涵及其表现形式,并 分析绿色贸易壁垒产生的原因和对广东外贸的影响, 然后才能在此基础上为广东外贸出口应对绿色贸易壁垒提出一些应用性的措施 ,以促进广东对外贸易的深层次发展。

The Effect of Green Barriers on Guangdong Foreign Trade and Countermeasures
Abstract：With the global environmental degradation, and the continuous rise of trade protectionism, the green trade barriers become an important non-tariff barriers. As China's exports of Guangdong province, almost all export products have been or will be affected by the green barrier, in this severe form, the only fully understand the meaning of green trade barriers and its manifestations, and analyzes the green trade barriers have the causes and impact of foreign trade in Guangdong, and on this basis to Guangdong's exports should raise some green trade barriers applied measures to promote the depth of Guangdong's foreign trade development.
