外国企业在华农业并购案例研究-以大豆压榨行业、肉类加工行业为例(包含选题审批表,任务书,开题报告,中期检查报告,毕业论文15000字)
摘  要：目前中国经济的开放度越来越大，国家对外资企业也一直有相关的的政策优惠，外企本身有着实现全产业链的战略目标，在实现这一目标的过程中，并购已成为他们常用的工具。但是目前外企在大豆加工业的并购已造成了东北本土大豆产业链的全线崩溃，在肉类加工业的占有率也越来越高，外商对华农企并购已成为一个越来越值得关注的问题。本文通过浅析近年来外商在华农业并购的总体现状和典型案例的经过、动因及其对中国经济发展的积极与消极的影响，对我国涉农企业如何应对外商并购及政府对外商农业投资的政策提出建议。

Cases Study on Foreign Merger and Acquisition in China's Agriculture-Cases of The Soybean Crushing Industry and Meat Processing Industry
Abstract: On one hand , nowadays the openness of the Chinese economy are growing，and there are many preferential policies to foreign enterprises in China. On the other hand, foreign companies plan to achieve its strategic goal about the whole industrial chain. So merger and acquisition as a business tool was frequently used by them. But now foreign mergers and acquisitions in the soybean processing industry has caused the collapse of the domestic soybean industrial chain of the northeast, and the market share in the meat processing industry the foreign companies held is also increasing, and hence foreign merger and acquisition in China's agriculture has become a growing issue of concern. By analysising the overall status of agricultural mergers and acquisitions in China and some typical cases’ process, motivation and positive and negative effects on China's economic development，the article gives some suggestions to the domestic firms and the government about how to deal with foreign merger and acquisition in China’s agriculture.
