跨国公司促进产业集群内企业国际化的机制研究(14000字)
摘  要：全球化的浪潮汹涌澎湃，为使我国的企业在竞争中持续发展，需要及早地做好理论准备。大量经验表明，产业集群对于提高国家竞争力和应对全球化越来越重要。中小企业参与的产业集群，需要借助跨国企业的带动、桥梁作用。文章认真梳理产业集群与跨国公司之间的互动关系，研究了跨国公司对集群内企业国际化的影响机制，分析了跨国公司是如何促进集群内中小企业的成长，并针对集群内企业的国际化提出了几点建议。

The mechanisms of MNE promoting internationalization of enterprises in the industrial cluster
Abstract： With the development of economic globalization，To make our business sustainable development in the competition，we need to prepare early to do a good theory. A lot of experience has shown that cluster for improving national competitiveness and responding to globalization is increasingly important.Participation of Small and medium-sized enterprises in industrial clusters, needs the help of multinational corporations driven bridge.Article carefully combing industry cluster and the interaction between multinational corporations, of multinational corporations is how to promote internationalization of the firm within industrial clusters, and promote the growth of SMEs in the cluster, and put forward for the promotion of international enterprises in the cluster Suggestions.
