我国农业产业集群的发展对策研究(16000字)
摘 要：农业产业集群经营在我国广大农村地区开展了近二十年的时间，农业产业集群的实施有利于提高农业资源利用效率，对于提高农民收入和扩大农业生产规模、促进农业实现现代化也起到了非常积极的作用。目前我国在农业产业集群发展的进程中，还面临不少的问题，为了实现农业增效、农民增收，提高农业的综合竞争能力。本文对比分析农业产业集群发展中所遇到的障碍，并提出了在政府层面以及企业层面加强科技创新，优化品质创立品牌等相应措施。

Study On The Agricultural Development of Industrial Cluster Strategy
Abstract: Agricultural industrial cluster management in China's vast rural areas to develop the nearly 20 years of time, the implementation of the agricultural industry cluster is helpful to improve the agricultural resources utilization efficiency, for increasing farmers' income and expand the scale of production, promoting agricultural modernization of agriculture has also played a very active role. At present our country agricultural industry cluster in the course of development, also faces many problems, in order to realize the agricultural production, farmers' income, improving the agricultural comprehensive competitive capability. This article compares and analyses the development of agricultural industry cluster the obstacles that are encountered in government, and put forward to strengthen enterprise level dimension and technology innovation, optimize quality corresponding measures such as creating famous brand

（一）选题意义
产业集群是当今世界产业组织发展的一个重要特征，从发达国家的经验来看，产业集群既存在于高新技术产业中，也存在于传统产业中。当前，我国农业正处于南传统农业向现代农业转型的关键时期，发展农业产业集群被视为提升农业竞争力。带动农民增收和推动农村经济发展的有效产业组织形式，成为专家和政府部门关注的焦点。但是农业产业集群发展的历程并不顺畅，成功的农业产业集群更是凤毛麟角。因此，怎样利用我国农业产业集群的地理优势、区位优势，提高和发展我国农业经济是重中之重。
