动物福利对山东省畜禽产品出口的影响及其应对措施(10000字)
摘    要
近年来．动物福利继绿色壁垒之后作为一种新的贸易壁垒开始浮出水面，并已对我国贸易产生了现实的影响，山东省畜产品出口已连续多年位居全国第一，对山东省实施动物福利壁垒的国家及其手段也在增多.
针对这一问题．本文通过介绍动物福利的概念、特点及山东省畜产品出口存在的问题．分析了动物福利对山东省畜产品出口的影响．如达不到质量无法出口、增加企业的出口成本等。因此，我们应从政府、企业及行业协会等，多角度倡导健康的消费理念、指定并完善动物福利规章制度等措施应对动物福利壁垒。并提出了相应的应对措施。

Abstract
In recent years，farm products trade were deeply influenced by the “Green Barrier” in its processing，this made more and more countries pay attention to its treatment，and take the Animal Welfare as a new excuse to restrict foreign animal products．
The livestock exports of Shandong Province have already ranked firstly for consecutive years in the country, Shandong Province on the implementation of the animal welfare and national barriers also means increased .This article introduces the concept of Animal Welfare，and analyzes the present gap of Animal Welfare between China and other countries，then put forward some reasonable suggestions．
