摘  要：随着经济全球化和大规模工业化的推进，企业对全世界的可持续发展的影响成为日益关注的焦点，企业社会责任越来越受到全球的关注和被越来越多的国家和企业接受。企业需要承担社会责任，来自企业间的竞争和考虑企业自身的长远发展也要求企业承担社会责任。因此本文通过对国内外企业社会责任研究的现状分析，对影响企业社会责任的文化因子进行分析，最后得出促进企业如何履行社会责任的研究结论。

The Analysis of Cultural Factors Influencing Corporation Social Responsibility
Abstract: With economic globalization and large-scale industrialization promotion, the sustainable development of the enterprise to the influence of the world has become a growing focus, corporate social responsibility by more and more global attention and be more and more countries and enterprise to accept. Enterprise need social responsibility, from the competitive and consider the long-term development of the enterprise itself also requests the enterprise bear the social responsibility. This article through the domestic and international enterprise society responsibility, the status quo of the research analysis affecting the social responsibility of the enterprise culture factor analysis, finally concluded that promote enterprise how to fulfill our social responsibility research conclusion.
