摘 要
目前,汽车行业已由“井喷”的行情转入了平稳增长的态势,行业已更趋健康与理性,产业处于良性发展状态。作为国民经济的主要支柱之一的汽车行业,在经济持续发展和消费需求不断扩大的背景下,将较长时间维持高速发展。
根据经济增长理论中的S型增长曲线,耐用消费品普及过程一般都要经过“三浪”加速增长阶段。第一浪,普及率从1%~3%迅速上升至20%左右。此阶段结束后一般会有一个明显的调整期(增长率放慢)。第二浪,普及率从20%左右上升至50%~60%。这是耐用消费品市场发展的黄金时期。像第一浪一样,第二浪增长达到顶峰后也会步入一个明显的调整期。第三浪,普及率由50%~60%上升到90%左右。产业高度集中,市场细分显著。
我国汽车行业现正处第一浪加速增长期的后期,估计2009年前后可以达到普及率20%和乘用车产销量达到900万辆。2005年乘用车产量为393万辆,2006年突破500万辆。按20%的增长速度推算,到2009年乘用车年产量可达900万辆左右,2010年乘用车年产量将超过1000万辆。目前轿车占乘用车的比重为74%,按75%的比重算,轿车产量将达680万辆左右,2010年将超过700万辆。因此,随着汽车行业的良好发展,与之配套产生的汽车配件制造企业也会蓬勃发展。
我国汽车配件行业销售收入2005年已达5800亿元,到2010年这个数字将扩大为14000亿元。广阔的市场空间为配件企业带来了发展契机。而且随着全球制造产业的转移,我国的汽车配件行业也将进入到快速发展的阶段。一些主机厂将目光转移到后市场。现在国内自主品牌车品种逐渐增加,尤其是商用车自主品牌车较多,对配件需求很大,主机厂开始重视后市场。
在对北京科胜内燃机配件制造有限公司进行企业运营分析时,本文运用经济学、现代管理学、生产与运作管理学、市场营销学、财务管理学、人力资源管理学等知识,并结合实际从企业宏观现状到具体运营数据,用发展的眼光对调研情况进行阐述。
同时在调研过程中我发现很多公司生产经营中存在的问题,在这里我将具体的数据资料结合所学的理论知识对企业运营中存在的问题给出具体的、合理化的建议和对策。

Abstract
At present, the automotive industry has been from the “blow-out” market into a steady growth, which have become more healthy and rational,and development of industry is in a sound state. As one of the main pillars of the national economy of the automobile industry will be maintain high-speed development in a long period of time in the continued economic development and growing consume demand background. However, will this growth momentum last long, what trend of the future growth of the automobile industry.
According to the economic growth theory----the S-curve growth,the popularity of consumer durables usually must go through the “three waves” accelerated growth phase. First wave, penetration rate rose rapidly from 1% to 3% to about 20 percent. After the end of this stage there will be a general obvious adjustment period (growth rate slowed). The second wave, penetration rate rose from 20% to around 50% to 60%. This is the golden age of consumer durables market development. The same as the first wave, the second wave will embark on a significant period of adjustment after peaked. The third wave, penetration rate rose from 50% to 60% to about 90%. The industry is high concentration, and market segmentation significantly.
China's automobile industry is in the first wave of the late period of accelerated growth, it is estimated that around 20% can be achieved penetration in 2009 and sales of passenger car production reached 9000000. Passenger yield in 2005 is 3.93 million, the 2006 breakthrough 5000000. By 20% of the growth projections, the annual output of cars in 2009 will up to 9 million and cars will be output more than 10 million around 2010. At present the proportion of passenger cars accounted for 74 percent, according to the proportion is 75 percent,output of cars will reach about 6.8 million, to more than 7 million in 2010. Thus, with the good development of the automobile industry, the auto parts manufacturing enterprises will flourish. China's auto parts industry sales revenues reached 580 billion yuan in 2005, this figure will be expanded to 1.4 trillion yuan by 2010. Broad market space of the accessories business has brought development opportunities. Moreover, with the transfer of global manufacturing industry, China's auto parts industry will also enter into the rapid development stage. Some console factories will be transferred to the market. Now domestic own-brand vehicles increased varieties, especially commercial vehicle brands, the great demand for accessories, Console factories started to attention the after-market.
In the Beijing Internal Combustion Engine Parts Manufacturing Co., Ltd.-enterprise operations analysis, the paper use knowledge ,such as economics, modern management, production and operations management, marketing, financial management, human resources management, and from the light of the actual conditions macro enterprises operating data specific to the status quo, with a perspective of development elaborate on the findings.
