中小服装企业生产过程信息管理系统设计与应用

摘    要
随着计算机技术和网络信息技术的飞速发展，传统的服装产业正经历着计算机、信息技术的革命，服装业的设计过程、加工制造过程、管理和决策过程等方面均己开始采用先进的计算机、信息技术。计算机、信息和网络技术，能够整合服装企业的生产及其他各环节的资源，实现服装企业的动态规划与管理，推动着服装企业向科学化生产转变。
本文分析了我国服装行业内的整体现状以及信息化技术的运用状况。通过我国与国外同行业中的信息化技术运用状况的明确对比，总结了我国服装行业中实施信息管理系统时常遇到的问题，并对我国服装行业实行信息化的意义做了综合论述。
本文重点论述了服装生产信息管理系统——CEPIM (Clothing Enterprise Production Information Management System)的设计与应用。本文结合先进信息技术设计了一种基于ASP模式的生产管理系统，得出了系统的总体解决方案，进行了系统的功能设计，并进行了系统的流程分析、界面设计。
服装生产信息管理系统将会为服装企业实现现代化、信息化管理，提高企业的经济效益，增强企业的生存力和发展力进行有益的探索。

ABSTRACT
Along with the rapid development of computer technique and the network information technique, the clothing business enterprise as traditional business enterprise is also affected. The designing, producing and management process all adopt information technique. Computer technique and network information technique are very effective in managing produce and other resource, realizing the dynamic layout and management.
The text analyses the whole actual status and the using status of information technique in the clothing business enterprise of our country. Through contrasting information technique with foreign craft brother, some familiar questions that will be met in the clothing business enterprise are put forward when the information technique will be used in practice. As well as this article provides the meaning of using information technique in the clothing business enterprise of our country.
This text emphasizes the exploitation and design of the Clothing Enterprise Production Information Management System. The use of advanced information technology based on the design of an ASP model production management system, given the overall system solution, a functional system design, and a system-flow analysis, interface design and database design.
The clothing business enterprise product information management system is a beneficial quest for clothing business enterprise to realize modernize completely and the information management, increase the economic performance of the business enterprise and strengthen the business enterprise exists and developing.
